Question cache and socket folders in .kde

sup everybody; so i noticed my system is getting groggier by the day and though to check my .kde folder, and i noticed like a bunch of these folders:
Code:
tidiman07@Box1:~/.kde$ dir
Autostart socket-Box1 tmp-Box1
cache-Box1 socket-host-216-78-101-126 tmp-host-216-78-101-126
cache-host-216-78-101-126 socket-host-216-78-56-194 tmp-host-216-78-56-194
cache-host-216-78-56-194 socket-host-216-78-56-227 tmp-host-216-78-56-227
cache-host-216-78-56-227 socket-host-216-78-56-64
like 30 of them or something. I was wondering if its safe to delete them- from what i can tell it should be,
they look like temp folders that are generated when using kppp, don't know why.
