Building rpm in Ubuntu

Hi.
I'm using kubuntu (edgy), but I need to create a rpm package from my program.
There is a way to install rpm or an apt plugin for rpm, but I can't find a way to install rpmbuild on my linux. Does anyone know how to do it? (If you know any other tools for creating rpm please also let me know)

Why not just run an rpm distro alsongside Kubuntu. Even if it were possible to create an rpm on Ubuntu, the rpm probably wouldn't work properly anyway when you try to install it on an rpm based distro. You would have problems with dependencies because Debian names its packages differently to most rpm based distros.

Why not just run an rpm distro alsongside Kubuntu.
Get one up and running in no time using QEMU and say an FC5 image from http://www.oszoo.org/wiki/index.php/..._System_Images if you have the RAM but not much diskspace to spare.
