I tried to install it on my netbook, had problems. Screen just gets black. I think (I read about it) the problem is related to openchrome drivers, not included by default. (Via Chipset and Graphics Card)
this is the card: VIA Integrated graphics - Chrome9 HC3
openchrome.org website with drivers

And this is what Ubuntu suggests me to do:
Lenovo S12 (VIA Nano CPU based)

Works well after downloading the openchrome source from sourceforge SVN, compiling, installing and created x11.org file.

* LiveCD install does not work, must use Alternate install CD
* Alternate CD requrires addtional boot parameter: vga=771
* Driver for video card, VIA Chrome9 HC3 IGP, must be downloaded, complied, installed, manually. (Press Alt+F4 to get to a terminal)
* Hard disk throughput is slightly lower than Windows (Not noticeable unless using a high end SSD)
Can i Have any suggestion about: Driver must be complied, installed manually?"
thanks
