ATI drivers install now can't watch TV

Sorry to bother you guys but the official Ubuntu forums were down for me. (No disrespect to this forum.) Here's is my problem:

I finally got the ATI drivers properly installed and they seem to work properly. I'm getting great performance on OpenGL screen savers and glxgears (greater than 4500 fps). But now on to my problem. Now I can't watch TV with any app previously installed. When I launch tvtime from terminal I get this error:

PHP Code:
Running tvtime 1.0.1.
Reading configuration from /etc/tvtime/tvtime.xml
Reading configuration from
/root/.tvtime/tvtime.xml

No XVIDEO port found which supports YUY2 images.

*** driver.  If you are using an older NVIDIA card (TNT2), then
*** this capability is only available with their binary drivers.
*** For
some ATI cardsthis feature may be found in the experimental
*** GATOS drivershttp://gatos.souceforge.net/
*** If unsureplease check with your distribution to see if your
*** X driver supports hardware overlay surfaces
Is there an easy fix or what can I do to get my TV back?

My hardware:

ATI 9800 Pro 128MB
Leadtek BT878 based TV card

Any thing I missed just ask....

You may find what you need by following the advise of the error message. The Gatos project provides drivers for the television circuit on ATI All-In-Wonder cards.

I got it fixed with some tweaking of the ATI driver and disabling a few features I don't need.

But that brings me to a new issue. I forgot how to setup my tv card for NTSC. I followed tvtime's site on what files to modify and can't seem to correct the issue. I modified the files in /etc called modules but it still reports my TV card as tuner=5 but I need it to be tuner=2, I think.

TV Time Common Problem

It wants me to add this into /etc/modules:

Code:
options bttv tuner=2
But that did not work either.

Any clues how to fix my new issue? Or you need some more info just ask.
