ati driver help (9600xt)


this one has me stumped... i have a radeon 9600xt graphics card and i can't get it to work i am running ubuntu 5.04...

first i obtained the fglrx package from synaptic. it went smoothly, and then i configured it using fglrxconfig... everything seemed to be working, and then i enabled openGL on supertux, and i was getting about 1fps... can anyone help me?

oh i also tried the wiki method too, no luck

Are you sure you have the drivers installed properly? type in glxinfo at the command line and copy and past what it says onto the forum.
