I installed Tux Commander. It was okay for a time but stopped loading. I tried loading it useing the command line, as I got another program (Gimp) to load this way. It still wouldn't load so uninstalled then reinstalled still no load, so I ran 'tuxcmd --debug' and got the following message.

There are apparently some files missing, I manually checked and didn't find them either. What do I do now, and what might have caused them to disappear, and why, when I reinstalled, didn't new ones get created?

Maybe someone with Tux Commander, can copy the missing files, and post them, then I can paste them in place?

Thanks for at least reading this, and getting this far.

Most probably there is no problem with missing files. First try running this program on another account (create one if you don't have) or delete/backup you configuration from "~/.tuxcmd" and run tuxcmd. Next try runing it with options "--disable-gnome" and "--disable-plugins". If it still not run, do this
Code:

strace tuxcmd 2> /tmp/tuxcmd.log
Attach this file here or copy contents to some files sharing website.
