Adding a service to GNOME

I installed tor, but it didn't show up in GNOME's service manager. I know you can just run the command to start and stop it, but is there any way to add it to GNOME's manager manually?

Well - you can start tor when you login via:

system > preferences > sessions > startup programs

You could always try BUM?

Personally, I would like to know how to add items to services-admin too.

Well, BUM detected tor, so I'm fine with using it for now.
