Not sured that this solution has already been posted in this forum or not.

Accoring to a reboot problem with Toshiba A10 and Breezy, where the laptop

cannot reboot. I already tried adding "acpi = off" and/or "nolapic" into the

/boot/grub/menu.lst, but it did not work.

This how-to is "clean and clear", even an absolute newbie like me can follow

without any problem
