8.04.3 lts

When updating the current Ubuntu 8.04.2, it got upgraded to Ubuntu 8.04.3 LTS.
What's the difference? The kernel version seems to be the same.

And does it get usually upgraded when doing apt-get -y upgrade?

Upon checking the grub file, it changed from

title Ubuntu 8.04.2, kernel 2.6.24-24-server
to

The 8.04.2 version is just a rollup of all of the patches since 8.04.1, which is a rollup of all of the patches since 8.04. It's comparable to the difference between Windows XP and Windows XP SP1 and Windows XP SP2 ...

It allows a new installation ISO to be created that already contains the patches since the last installation ISO was created.
