Question 64bit or 32bit

i am running ubuntu 64bit on my home computer

i like it a lot

but some packetges that i get for it do not work

i have been wondering if these packetges would run better in the 32bit

so before i blow out hte 64bit partition and install 32bit i wanted to hear what you all thought is the better OS 64bit or 32bit for home use

Hello

Some interesting links:

http://www.redhat.com/magazine/009ju...ures/multilib/

http://desktoplinux.com/news/NS9817597705.html

Personally, I had some problems with multimedia (mplayer, ...) either image, no sound or sound, no image.

Bye

Koen
