LXer: Ubuntu 13.04 Will Have Linux Kernel 3.8

The newest operating system from Canonical, Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal), is shipping with Linux kernel 3.6, but the upcoming Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) could arrive with Linux kernel 3.8.
