What an odd tutorial, a setup for a media-creation centred distro with no mention of that in the blurb.
I think somebody needs to check the "without DRM restrictions" phrase as it's either redundant and/or not entirely accurate depending on how you look at it.
Redundant in that there's nothing you can do on Linux that you can't on Windows specifically because of DRM. In fact, you could say you're more restricted without some DRM software (can't use Netflix for example).
Not entirely accurate because libdvdcss2 is a library, potentially illegal in many jurisdictions, for decrypting DRM content and Adobe Flash can be used for the same.
