According to the search option in Steam, there are 3221 games in total on Steam, while 501 are available on Linux. This means over 16% of games have linux version. On the other hand, most of the linux games are crappy hippie indie platformers and such, so it's not a great victory. The great thing is not the quantity, but that today we have games like Kerbal Space Program, most of Valve's and the new Paradox's games and so on, that run natively on linux. Two years ago I'd have nothing to play if I run linux without dual booting Windows for games. Today I have no need for Windows at all and do not need to dual boot. There are only very few games I'd like to play but have no linux support, but it's a small price for running an OS of my choice.
