The VISTA Rick Marshall is interested in is (of course) the Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture.

Can't help but wonder if LXer's news gathering agents got fooled on this one. There is no allusion to Microsoft, Linux, or OpenSource.

The blurb is right, though. That opening paragraph is some real nice prose.
