Cower down or, stand and fight - I'm glad Theo takes the latter stance!

Microsoft has made its homework this time, there will be no legal fight, because they don't abuse their monopoly this time.
They only have a monopoly on x86 hardware and there it is required for getting the Windows 8 logo to have an option to disable Secure Boot and to add your own keys.
On ARM hardware there is no monopoly for Microsoft and I have not seen any effort (til now) from anyone to sue Apple or manufacturers of Android devices for locking them down.
