The OpenBSD developers may very well have made a mistake. They need to quit bitching about the bcm43xx being "mean" and either accept the GPL for this driver, or re-write it. If they have copied GPL code and don't release it under the GPL, they are clearly in the wrong and need to fix it. Now.
