What has an 'article' about disgruntled employees to do with the criminal genius of the retirement home community besides making a snappy headline?

What is that article about?

Who doesn't know that disgruntled employees are almost as dangerous as a retirement home visit to the IT infrastructure (besides the Postal Service)?

Who writes braindead articles like that?
