LXer LXer NewsBot Registered: Dec 2005 Posts: 128,360 Rep:	LXer: Novell Dogged by Delisting, Default Issues Published at LXer: Novell revealed this week that it has received notification of possible delisting from the Nasdaq stock exchange for delaying reporting of its financial results for the latest fiscal quarter. The firm also said it had received a default notice on a bond with its lender Wells Fargo. The company is appealing the Nasdaq notification and has denied the merit of Wells Fargo's default action.
