Unless you live in a vacuum, you must’ve heard the talk about Novell finding itself under the Free Software Foundation's microscope. What's interesting is that it looks like under the current GPLv2 (GPL2) guidelines, Novell hasn’t done anything wrong. So, what's all the concern about then? Simple, it's called GPLv3 (GPL3).
