Nokia recently announced that it will actually increase production of the Nokia 770 internet tablet, as the demand for it has grown beyond expectations. The tablet runs Linux-based Internet Tablet 2005 software. At present, demand for the Nokia 770 is so high in Europe and the United States that the company is unable to supply the requisite number of devices, and people are left with no choice but to wait for at least two weeks before getting their hands on it.
