Well, I think the NSA built one into several of the previous Winblows versions ... so I don't see anything new here. And of course they're going to deny it, why would anyone admit to it.

Folks, come on. We're talking Windows here. If XP is any example, there are so many "backdoors" that you need a supercomputer to count 'em all.
