Nuke option eh? Problem is (1) anyone competent is going to make a forensic image of your drive so "nuking" it will destroy the image leading to (2) you will still have give up your pass phrase or face contempt of court and now you are also guilty of obstruction of justice. It's probably more likely that someone will accidentally use the wrong phrase.
