Yeah, it is going to be the 4th reich, and in the 3rd world war. It's quite obvious now.
There was a case like this before and they were also forced to decrypt the drive or provide the passwords. The key is plausible deniability ... you should be able to deny the very existence of the encryption.
Anyway, if people are interested, I do have a method of encryption (not really the encryption part, but the plausible deniability part) with plausible deniability that is virtually undetectable and uncrackable. However, I won't release it to everyone. It's best that few people know about it, that way at least it stalls their next move of you are accused of a crime = you are guilty of the crime, screw a fair trial, long live Big Brother ... kinda like the internet law they wanted to pass somewhere in Europe (maybe they did already ?).
P.S. The method is unrelated (but not completely) to my recent posts as that idea did not work well. I have one that works well now.
