xsession-error

hi,

i was changing the resolutions through sax2 and after i rebooted, errors were generated called ".xsession-errors." I was wondering how this problem could be solved. I also put the resolutions back to how it was before and the errors were still there.

"INPUT_METHOD is not set or empty (no user selected input method)
Trying to start default mothod for local en_US.UTF-8
There is no default input method for the current locale."

I cant' stat what exactly you are talking about. Your X serer isn't running or is it just an annoying message and the presence of the .xsession-errors file?

If you have access to your GUI just start Yast2 and go to "system -> Edit sysconfig files", there is an entry for setting a proper locale.

You can do the same from a console too.

BTW, the .xsession-errors file ios always there, it logs the errors and warnigs of your X server.
