I have an integrated GeForce 6100 chipset on my mobo and XGL worked off the Kororaa LiveCD.

Got the biostar version and working fine here under Suse10.1 64bit - actually very well compared to earlier versions of compiz/xgl. Using packages from http://software.opensuse.org/downloa...x_10.1/x86_64/.
