hello:
when I use vnc to remote log in to my machine, somehow my terminal do not work as i expected.
The most frustrating is tapping the tab key does not lead to automatic completion. so when i do 'cd <path_name>', I have to literally type the full path name.
how do i get around it. does this have anything to do with 'stty'? or whatever it is?
