View Tif files from Konquer? Thumbs?

Does anyone know of a way to view *.tif files in the Konquer window as a thumb? I would like to keep my scanned document archive in *.tif format so that I can keep multiple pages together. I have seen that you can view these files in Gimp and Kfax, but those are cumbersome solutions.

Thanks in advance

Do you have image preview in other formats? Tiff's are generally larger then compressed image formats. Konq won't preview images over a certain size to save loading time... you can increase this in the setting, however:

Previews & Meta-Data >> Maximum file size.

Good Luck

Thanks
Is there a way to view tif files with Gwenview? I would be alright with not viewing *.tif thumbs.

I have not used Gwenview but I beleive it supports .tiff... Kuickshow also views .tiff format and is very fast loading...
