via/s3g unichrome

Hi,
Can some very technical Linux user explain to me in a very non technical way how I make Suse 10.3 recognise my Unichrome Via s3g graphics card on my desktop system? I've done a search on the subject, but some of the discussions have been a bit hard to follow.
Any help would be great!!

Thanks,

Tim
