SWAT is acting a bit wierd or maybe I'm just going crazy?
 

SWAT options...???
Hey all so far this forum has helped me to get a few things running. Now I'm trying to get SUSE 10 to access my XP machines and vice versa...
Lately though I seem to be having a bit of a SWAT problem, before I couldn't get it or SAMBA to work or even start when I went to localhost...but now I can see some shares on my XP machine though I can't access them
And worse it seems some of the options are missing in SWAT. Maybe I did something wrong? Either way I have included some screen caps to make things simpler for all of us

I don't know what is wrong with SWAT since I don't use it, however it is not so hard to edit your /etc/samba/smb.conf. Here is a good link which can help you get your shares up and runnning.
