suseplugger in opensuse11?

Hello all. I'm quite new to linux and am getting my feet wet with numerous distros, including OpenSuse 11.

I've read some about a Windows Device Manager equivalent in OpenSuse called "suseplugger". Is this availabed in version 11.0? I can't seem to find it and launch it. I'm running KDE 3.5.

Thanks!

I must admit after using opensuse for several years I have not heard of a suseplugger or is it a nickname
What we do have in opensuse is YAST .
More or less Yast is short for Yet a Other System Tool
Managing you're SOFTWARE And HARDWARE is done with YAST
