Question SuSE 9.2 - wlan- with dlink 520+ to a fritz!box wlan

I installed SuSE 9.2 , configured the wlan card DLINK 520+ by yast and at
the first time I've got a connection to the wlan router + to the internet.
It was not possible to repeat this. The same happened with a notebook and an PCMI card dlink 650+ - the first time I had success - than never
again.
It seem so - there was an impulse to initiate (to wake up) the wlan card during/after the configuration - during the next start this waking up don't happen.
Has anyone an idea?
I joined the modus: infrastructure; authentification: open; ESSID: ;ASCII:
XXXXX, 128 bit WEP
