Do you know how I can check my previous logs?
As root, you can check the number of occasions that X has crashed by
[root@yourmachine] cd /var/log
[root@yourmachine] grep NVRM messages
However, on SuSE 9.2, there may be more than one messages file indexed by date. if you repeat the above procedure for the different messages files (after gunzipping them), you'll find out the number of times X has crashed and how.
You can also run nvidia-bug-report.sh from the command line and submit it to the nvnews.net linux driver forum. nvidia-bug-report.sh should be in your path. Open up a xterm, su root and run it. It'll generate a log file in the same directory. Submit the log file to the nvidia forum and you should get some responses and clues to what's happening.
