Hello

I am relatively new to Linux but after using 9.1 for a wile I am not going back to windows... fantastic os.. anyway I upgraded to 9.2 on my laptop (iBM think pad) and it worked fine no worry s. However Now on two different laptops (64bit top of the range one and a satellite pro 4600 old one) it has failed to initiated the network card correctly. For some reason it seems to be on and looking for DHCP but wont take an address. I tried a static and it excepted it but I was unable to ping out or in... any help... thank you...

i'm the owner of the 64bit laptop in question and along with the problem with the network connectivity i also get an error after i login (as either root or any other account) about IRQ10 and it is being disabled. this didn't come up with 9.1 but that ran slower than i thought was possible (64bit version) and the 32bit refused to run at all.
