SuSe 9.1...problems getting printing to work

Hello everyone.

Using SuSe 9.1. Using kDE as the WM here.
Everything has worked out well in my test environment here, except having a problem getting printing to work.

Using the printing manager tool to try and add a printer.
We have 5 networked printers at our company (HP 8150 series). After scanning the network and selecting the printer to test on, we move to the second part of the setup. After configuring everything else (*note, we skipped the test part because that would fail every time, so we bypassing it in hopes of just adding a printer.)

Anyway, at the end of the setup when we are looking the the finalized screen of the printer we are adding, we click on OK and we get a error stating:

You are not authorized to access the requested resource.

This account is setup to be in the root, sys and wheel groups.

Anyone have any idea what im missing?

Thanks.

Could this possibly be a CUPS thing?
Not sure...trying to do some research now, just haven't found any luck.

The problem is likely to be that you have not created the username and password that CUPS needs; have a look here.
