Suse 11.2 Plasma problem
 

I mistakenly clicked the "configure plasma" in the upper right corner not knowing what that does. Now, I have faded text in T'Bird and some web pages and a little hand on my desktop instead of the cursor. Also a black background in open dialog boxes such as this one. How can I get out of this plasma configuration mistake?

I fixed the faded text problem by changing the settings in "colors" but I still have the hand instead of the cursor at the desktop.-----------------------------------------------------

I fixed it by killing "plasma" and restarting. I'm sure there's a better way, but that's what I did.

I'm not sure what you did and mainly that everything was restored after reboot but this may help you to use plasma.
