Hi,
Does someone know how I can restore the grub boot loader theme? I made some changes in Control Center/Yast/System/boot loader and now my grub boot theme is gone. Its to the grub default.
Not sure what you are missing.
Is it the graphical bootloader menu? Then you should re-install grub (with YaST) to restore maybe missing files. In the worst case, it may help to re-install the grub rpm.
Or is it the splash screen that appears during boot? Then it may already help to create a new initrd (mkinitrd). Also, look in /etc/sysconfig/bootsplash if SPLASH="yes" and THEME="SuSE" and if the theme exists in /etc/bootsplash/themes
To clarify, yes its the grub splash theme, not the starting up theme. Its just I got used to the nice color of the Suse Grub theme but now its the default grub theme.
/etc/sysconfig/bootsplash is ok (obviously since the starting up theme works fine).
