Question Starting SuSE 10.2 Alpha 1 in Text Mode

It has been a long time since I started an installation in Text mode using SuSE. Last time I did start in Text mode was there first Release. And I think that was all you could do.

So my question is how does one start in text mode now? I know it is during the boot process and I would image it is some Function Key or other keystroke.

Thanks

I think Suse should have some sort of message that tells you which key to press if you need to see more options at boot up. When you press this key, you should see exactly what you should enter in order to run the installation in text mode. On most distros, its usually a matter of entering "linux text".

Starting SuSE 10.2 Alpha 1 in Text Mode

Upon rebooting of system, I hit the F2 Key and the result was the following

F1 - Help F3- 600x800 F4- CDROM F5- Driver

I might have Function key numbers off a little, I tried entering command
"text mode" on command line, but command was ignored. Now I remember reading
on one of the RSS feeds on how to enter text mode while installing
SuSE 10.2 A1. I'll look around for it. I suppose I couple take the first ISO
in the lot and change the runlevel to.

F3, then F3 again and then select "Text Mode".
