Starting CBQ (ip-route2 utilities not installed or executable)

I want to limit the bandwith skype uses with CBQ, but when I started the script from https://sourceforge.net/projects/cbqinit. It says: **CBQ: ip-route2 utilities not installed or executable!

I have the iproute2 package installed... I tried to update it, but still the same error.

How can I fix this and get CBQ to start?

Ok well fixed that, I found out the default dir (or so CBQ thinks) for tc is /sbin/tc while in SUSe 10.1 it's in /usr/sbin/tc so I just linked it there...

but now it finds fault with my configuration file! And the problem is errors come up with options I never even selected...

find: warning: you have specified the -maxdepth option after a non-option argument (, but options are not positional (-maxdepth affects tests specified before it as well as those specified after it). Please specify options before other arguments.

I never specified the maxdepth option??

My config file is in: /etc/sysconfig/cbq/ is this correct?

What could be wrong here?
