Slow javascript in firefox
When I browse using firefox, I've taken to disabling javascript in order to get pages to load. A good example is the New York Times. When I browse with javascript turned on, I get a "Waiting for s0b.bluestreak.com" which takes a long time to load. In contrast, when javascript is turned off, the page loads very quickly. I searched for a solution but have not found anything other than turning off IPv6 which I have done. This doesn't happen just with the New York Times. It happens with many websites and the only solution I've found is to entirely turn off javascript. What's going on?
