Setting Up NTP Client/Server

Hi there --

I have a SuSE 9.3 server that is on two networks via two NIC's with their respective addresses. The nodes that are on the second network, with the exception of the SuSE server, are by design not able to see the first network. The SuSE system is configured as an NTP client on the first network, and I would like it to be an NTP server on the second network. What is the best way for me to accomplish this? Thanks.

the server has connection to the internet, i asume ?
Configure it as client /sbin/yast2 ntp-client
Use a public available ntp server http://ntp.isc.org/bin/view/Servers/WebHome

now use this server as main timesource in your network.

If you have no connection buy a decent clock to get your local time signal and read the
manual how to get ntpd to read that beast (most a serial and harmless).
