Angry "run now" in KCron not working

Have not found an answer to this specific question anywhere,

When using Kcron in SUSE-9.1 I can edit and save my edits for jobs I want to run and see them show up in the /var/spool/cron/tabs folder. Yet despite my best try's I cannot get cron to run the jobs! Right clicking on the job in Kcron and selecting "Run Now" also doesn't work. It is "greyed out" and apparently is not availabe to me. Are these actions or (inactions) related to something simple I can fix? Editing and running as personal login and not root. Suse 9.0 worked perfectly....

Regards:

Victor
