Resolution Problem in SUSE 10.2
Hi all,
I'm using SUSE 10.2. While scolling down in the browser or while moving the windows, it takes very slowly to complete the operations. I think it is the resolution problem. My system configuration is AMD Sempron 2500+, 736 mb ram, 80 gb hard disk. Can any one guide me? Bye.. |
No one is helping and I think it is because your post needs a bit more information. What graphics card do you have? Are you running compiz or beryl? Did you try to use YaST to configure your monitor and graphics card (Kmenu> System> Configuration> YaST> Hardware> Graphics Card and Monitor)? What screen size and refresh rate are you using with your monitor?
To obtain more information on your graphics card, open a terminal and as root, post the output of the following commands: sax2 -p lspci Also post your xorg.conf (located in /etc/X11). -docarockus |
I had the exact same problem... I finally solved it though... If you are using nVidia GeForce graphics card... I might be able to help...
