Do you mean to remove SUSE ?
It means you will lose all data in SUSE. Is it OK ?
Download the ISO gparted or systemrescuecd (burn it to a CD)
Do you mean you want the disk space from SUSE to add to windows. It is really easy.
Remember to back up your SUSE data if you need it.
1. boot the machine with XP cd and then fixmbr

3. Now delete the SUSE partition; it should be something: ext3 or reiserfs.
4. Now just drag the slider of ntfs / or fat32 of windows to cover all the disk.
5. Apply changes.
6. restart and remove CD
