Wink cpp=3.2-45 not found. Help plz

I'm trying to instal apache on our webserver, we just installed suse 8.0(i know, older stuff but we had it at work so we decided to give it a chance)
thanks to this site I found out where to get most of the rpm files, but when i want to install cpp=3.3.3-41 the system keeps nagging about cpp=3.2-45 the problem about this is: I can't find it. tried google searches etc, not a trace. so can some1 help me with this (maybe give a link or some advice) and maybe a link to Libc.so.6

thx a lot ppl

ps: all new etc this linux stuff for me(started working ith it today) so have some mercy
