Oracle OCR and Votedisk - Raw Devices on iscsi

Hi. I am trying to set up Oracle RAC in SUSE 10.2, and have managed to reach the point where everything is set up properly except for the voting disk and the cluster registry. According to all the doc I can find, if I use the version of ocfs2 that comes with SUSE 10.2, I have to set up these two items on raw devices.

I have set them up as raw devices, but Oracle doesnt seem to recognize them. When I enter raw -qa on each node, the devices show up (/dev/sda1 and /dev/sdb1), these are iscsi devices. However, during the clusterware install, when I try to point it to these devices for the cluster registry or voting disk, the error message comes up that they are not available under the same name on both nodes in the cluster. ls -la shows that both are owned by oracle, oinstall, and a simple dd tests shows that they are writeable from both nodes. Is there some sort of mounting I have to do for iscsi to make the devices visible to the oracle installer? Maybe there is a setting I am missing?

Any help is appreciated.
