Online update
 

My internet connection is using proxies to connect to the internet (I have Suse 9.2 professional) , through a local network, and my web browser runs fine. However when I try to use Susewatcher online update the connection always fails. In the susewatcher window it says that I am using a direct connection, could this be the problem or do I need to update something?

Have you tried connecting different server? There are usually several choices.
When you say "it fails" do you get any error messages?
