online install cant connect to any ftp server


im tyring to install suse online, and no matter what server i put in for the FTP address, and no matter what directory i put in, i get a 'file not found' error... what file is it looking for? what directory do i need to point it to? currently im using these options

ip: 128.138.238.174 (mirror.colorado.edu)
directory: /pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/

what am i doing wrong?

That should work. Try without the trailing /.
/pub/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source
