nvidia gfx


hiya all

just got my self a new 64bit processor, and also a pci-express 6600gt extreme gfx card, n e 1 know if this will actually run in suse 9.2?

Let me add.. you might need a later Nvidia driver though. The one that SUSE supplies is usually back leveled a bit. I'm running 6623 with my 6600GT.

57 fps 1024x768 doom3 with 4xAA and 8xAF
27.8 fps 1280x1024 doom3 with 4xAA and 8xAF

This was on a dual Opteron 246 box with 2G ram.
