Novell Linux Desktop and SLED

What is the difference between the two? I know SLED is based on OpenSuSE and therefore has the same look and feel. But what about Novell Linux desktop? What is it based on? how does it work? I'm a little confused so if anyone can shed some light on it, it would be welcome.

thanks

AFAIK NOVELL Linux Desktop is the same as SLED (NLD was rebranded SLED in the SUSE 10 release).
