Need Quanta for Suse build

Does anybody know if there is a quanta build for Suse? I would like to do some web development, and I installed Slackware where Quanta is loaded automatically. Right now I want to stay with Suse for the time being but the amount of software compiled seems to be more limited, or I am looking in the wrong place.

Regards,

Randy.

Quanta is normally installed with KDE - in the KDEWebDev package. Have you checked the Quanta Homepage?

Quanta installed, doesn't work

Hello,

I installed Quanta from the Suse.com website under KDE additional packages. However, when you go to start it, the active cursor moves for about 2 minutes, then it just dies. Is their a way to diagnose it? Has anybody else used it on a 64 bit machine? My machine is an AMD 2800+ processor, 1 gig memory.

Regards,

Randy.

Did you install it from the supplementary/KDE folder or the one from standard suse 9.2? I think to be able to use the supplementary package, you may need to update KDE to 3.4.

EDIT: I guess you'll need this package:
ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.2...7.1.x86_64.rpm

That is a link to the source code, but I'm looking for a package.
I went to klik.atekon.de and got it from there, and it seems to work fine.

The post says that quanta is part of the kdewebdev package, so thats what you need to install using YAST.
